Just what exactly is this mod? What does it do the already great tone of the SLO?

I have never heard of that, but I guess it's an alternate name for the Scoop mod (aka SRV mod) which basically scoops some mids on the clean channel, suposedly making it sound more Fenderish... right? huh

Rumor is that the guys at Soldano don't personally like the sound of the mod, but somebody wanted it- at least SRV did.

I think I heard that at harmonycentral and someone had asked the guys at Soldano about it.
