xx Archive.org: Jimmy Herring Band@WorkPlay Theater
« Thread started on: Jun 3rd, 2011, 10:30am »

Lately I've been revisiting some of my all-time favorite and personally influential guitarist. This past week I decided to see what recent Jimmy Herring gigs I could find on Archive.org ...

For their incredible musicianship AND versatility, I think I've realized Jeff Sipe and Jimmy Herring are my "#1" drummer and guitarist of all time. I grew up listening to these guys (seeing ARU shows all the time) and have met both of them. I'm sorry I wasn't able to see them on this tour, but maybe they'll do it again soon.

This 12/11/2010 show at the WorkPlay Theater is the last show on their short tour.

Incredible and inspirational music!! They start off with "Since I've Been Loving You" Zepplin rendition to set a perfect mood for whats to come!
