Cool. Files are short, though. Clean is 3.7mb and lead 1.2mb. smiley

Hey, I used to have one of those. It's a really cool unit. They're pretty expensive here, especially for a set-and-forget unit. I ended up selling mine to finance my SLO. I'd like to get another, but between the cost an uncertainty of whether it'll even work in the SLO's loop I haven't bothered yet. I need to stumble across one cheap in a pawn shop somewhere! smiley

I agree that the prices are a little higher... around $300-350 on Ebay. shocked
But I got a great deal on mine, for $170. grin
It's in fair condition, but works perfectly.
I'm still messing with the modulation. So many options... and they all sound good. I'd buy another one if I had the chance.

I'll confess that I never was overwelmed by its modulated sounds. They're weren't bad, but did seem fairly standard for digital delays. However, as a straight echo/delay I thought it was great. I used mine with my SP-77 and a Mesa 50/50. When I ran mono, I'd set it for a short echo/doubling sound to thicken up lead lines. When I ran stereo, I'd use it for my stereo imaging to thicken everything: short delay, 100% wet to one side and 100% dry to the other. For that kind of money I do wish you could store a couple of presets. I don't need a ton, but 3-4 would be perfect.

If I found one for that kind of price I'd definitely buy it. I never run into these except on ebay or a couple of the local stores that are ebay savy.

I'm not a fan of modulation effects either, but it's cool to have something avaliable just in case you need it.
Also, I was able to get those 80's style lead tones and some fusion-ish lead tones using modulation with my dirty tones. Sounds kinda cool (and fake, if you know what I mean). Some good tones for VH type of stuff too.
But the delay is the best part, for sure. grin
